*wipes brow* Today has been a busy day. I know you aren't going to believe this, but I got up at 6:45 am (yes, in the morning). =0 I know, I couldn't believe it either. Actually, I was getting up that early to get ready to go with my Me-ma and Pa-pa (my dad's parents) to the Hospital so my Pa-pa could get his cancer treatment. It was a "long day" (as Me-ma calls it) so I was gone until 3pm this afternoon. Yikes. Anyways, I got up a 6:45 (*gasps* I'm still in shock :P) and made mom and dad two carrot juices each (they were going to a doctors appointment, and were going to drop me off at my grandparents' house). You see, carrot juices' enzymes usually last about 2 hours, so when they go places we make them some of those. ;) Once Me-ma, Pa-pa and I were on the road, I really started to feel the sleepiness just wash over me. I seriously felt like I was gonna pass out. But, once we [finally] got to the Hospital, I was sitting up in my seat, trying to "wake myself up", so-to-speak. We rode up the elevators to the 3rd floor (you can imagine how my stomach was churning... btw, for those who don't know, I am NOT a fan of elevators. Not. At. All.), we exited the elevators, then went into the doctor's office and waited 30 minutes until we got back to one of the rooms. Pa-pa was going for a check-up, and then to the infusion room for his treatment. Anyways, we ended up being at the Hospital longer than expected, because the pharmacy took FOREVER getting Pa-pa's medicine up to him so Charlie (the nurse... she's so much fun) could get him "hooked up" (poked with a needle;). Pa-pa doesn't like needles, and sometimes cries, so I had to hold his hand and distract him by talking about food. Ha ha ha. =D It worked, too. :) Well, after his treatment was over, Me-ma stood around for forever talking to one of the other nurses, Jennifer, so we ended up leaving the Hospital at 1pm. We thought we'd be outta there by 11:30, or noon. His appointment was at 10am, but since he needed to see the doctor we got there early for that (at 9:30am). We left the Hospital, then went to Denny's to eat (not my first choice, but Pa-pa wanted to eat there, and I don't get food out anymore, so I was grateful). I got home at 3pm. *sigh* I am soooooo tired! Anyways, I guess my whole point to telling you this was... well, I didn't really have a point, now did I? Nope. Us girls have a way of doing that, don't we? Telling a story with no point to it. =)
Love,
~Eldarwen Failariel~

The only thing I hate more then elevators is escalaters...I HATE those things. I start feelings all wheezy. *sigh*...we went to the hospital today so my grandma could get bloodwork done...and, out luck. The only elavator working was the one thats not finished inside. So I get in, longest 20 seconds in my LIFE> I felt so clausterphobic. *gag*

With Love and Blessings,
Bleah Briann....THANKS FOR THE AWARD BTW...I'll try to keep up the good work. ;)

I love elevators and escalators! Although escalators still keep me very alert because I'm always afraid of getting stuck somehow or tripping at the top. :D

I went to a lot of cancer treatments with my grandma last year... And yes, the needle getting jammed into my grandma's port was always the worst part. :(

Lindsay, yeah, sorry for adding to that list, but you really are a prolific blogger. :) Love you!

Kade, *clears throat* like most guys, you didn't read the "fine print". :P A prolific blogger is "one who is intellectually productive, keeping up an active blog with enjoyable content". And, if that's a girl... she's bald. Hehe! :D

Limwen, hola and welcome to my world. lol :D Hehe, you hit the the bullseye, if I do say so myself. :) I LOVE LotR!!! LOVE IT! Thanks for stopping by, and I'm so glad you like my blog! :)
