~Jo~ Esara is 12 and Caldirwen will be 11 on Dec. 19th. :)
~Chloe~ Thanks! I know, Christmas decorations are so pretty. The only "problem" was our tree lights (which have green wire, not white) weren't working, so we had to use our outside lights. LOL =D We don't put up outside lights anymore, so that wasn't really a problem, just the fact that we have white wire hanging on our tree. Kinda tacky, don't ya think? LOL :)
~Chris~ Yeah, out here there is no "pickin' out a tree". :/ I wish I could have the experience of getting to pick one (and no, I don't mean walking through Wal Mart to find one). LOL =D It's snowing? It snowed here yesterday, but didn't stick. :P Stupid wet snow!
~Elizabeth~ I know, it is! :D I had a lot of fun with Esara and Caldirwen. We always play Christmas music (when we put up the tree) and dance. Then we play around in the garlands and take pics. But those showed our faces, so I couldn't share them with the blog world. :)
I'm just the comment queen today :P I have another question, if you don't mind me asking :)
How long ago were your sisters adopted, and was it domestic (in the US) or international? We've been surrounded by adopting families lately, and it's excited my interest in the whole thing. I heard of all different kinds of adoptions, so when anyone mentions that they've been adopted or siblings have been, I get really interested and end up asking quite a few questions.....
~Jo~ Yes, Esara and Caldirwen's adoption was domestic. We adopted them 6 years ago. The adoption anniversary is November 22. :) They first came to our home in May of 2003. I don't mind the questions. :)
So, were Caldirwen and Esara sisters before you adopted them? The two girls we adopted, Sarah and Emily, were not sisters before we got them from Vietnam.

I've still got to help my parents put ours up. We went down to a tree farm and picked a really nice one out. It's snowing right now. :D
