Bored

Well, I'm bored and I don't want to go to bed, so I thought I'd tell y'all what I did today...

I got up at 7:30am and started my school. I did my Bible reading, memorization, History, Poetry/Language Arts, Science and my reader (which is I Am David, an awesome book!). I finished school at 9:45am.

I flossed and brushed my teeth. I put on my make-up (light brown eye shadow and mascara). I brushed my hair and put it in a pony tail (I was lazy with my hair today). Then I picked out my outfit (a denim skirt and brown t-shirt), put it on and did the other hygiene necessity we all do in the morning... deodorant, lol! :P

After that I started a load of laundry. Then my dear, sweet, jewel of a mother asked me to do school with Caldirwen. I am not very good at reading aloud (which is what doing school with Caldirwen is). I stumble around on my words and my throat gets dry. Maybe it's just me. Hm... anyway, so with Caldirwen I did Biology, History, Bible reading and memorization, so I got schooled for about 4 hours altogether today.

After doing school with Caldirwen I got out the vacuum cleaner (my best friend, jk) and started doing my chore (vacuuming the school room, living room and hallway). Then I did another load of laundry. Then my mom took me to clean a lady's house (which I do every other Monday. I call it "work", but it's really not trouble at all, especially since I get paid to do it. lol :P). After that my mom and I went to Wal Mart to pick up "a few things" (we all know how that goes with mother's, lol jk). No, really. All that was on our list was goat's milk, water, printer ink, bread, cow's milk and Gatorade for my dad (he's not feeling well and he likes to drink Gatorade).

Then we came home and Esara, Caldirwen, mother and I unloaded the groceries (Narthea was gone today). Then mom went and picked up Narthea while I did another load of laundry.

After that Narthea, mother and I cooked dinner. Narthea handled the mashed potatoes. Mother cut of the chicken strips (I stink at it). I cooked the chicken strips (in a hot pan of grease). Mother had volunteered to make the gravy, but Narthea did it anyway (so sweet!). Dinner was DELICIOUS, if I do say so myself. :)

After that we watched some sports on tv. Then mom and Narthea ran to town and got shakes (for Esara, dad and Caldirwen) and a cherry limeade for me. :) Mother and Narthea went to Dairy Queen and got themselves some blizzards. lol :D (I'm sitting here right now enjoying the rest of my cherry limeade.)

After that I played Spades with Esara and Caldirwen (but we took out the 2 of Hearts). Esara won with the score of 234 and I got second with the score of 224 (Esara beat my by 10 pints) and Caldirwen had 173. It was fun!

After that Caldriwen and Esara went to sleep and I played some Mario Cart Wii. Fun! I beat two levels and now earned a new level and a new car called the dolphin dash (or something of the like).

Not a very exciting day, but it was something to post. I have a tag I'd like to do tomorrow. :) Good-night all! I'm very sleepy now and I think I shall do my nightly Bible study and retire.

Sounds like over-all you had a pretty good day! Ohh...Dairy Queen...sounds so good!

Did you know that Dairy Queen's chicken is the WORST chicken you could get at any fast-food place? Yep. Also, their strawberry cheese-quake blizzard is the WORST dessert you could get. I was sad when I read that because I used to get (before we quite going out because of our diet) the number 8 (which is their chicken, toast, fries and gravy) and a starberry cheese-quake blizzard. lol =D

Sounds like a good day ;) I've never been good at reading out loud, either. I always stammer around until someone else volunteers. LOL.

And I can't cut chicken strips, either. By the time I'm done, it's just a bunch of mutilated chicken that looks nothing like the perfect slices my mom does. Haha :P

Yes, poor Caldirwen has to sit there and listen to me. lol =D She is actually very patient with me. I am a fast reader when I don't read aloud, but reading aloud is just more difficult for me. idk why.

I know! My mom's chicken slices are always perfect! I don't see how they do it. Hey! Maybe when I'm a mom I'll all of a sudden wake up one day with the talent to cut chicken strips! lol =D

Thanks for visiting, Arianna!

What about math? I don't see that anywhere on your list of schoolwork.

Love you,

Hey, I think Eldarwen's Mom should have a name too just like her sisters. What do you think? I'll try to think of something and you try to think of something.

Love you,

Yes, I did math, but it's not part of my curriculum so I forgot about it. :) It's not that hard to forget about, because I HATE IT SOOOO MUCH!!! lol =D

Yes, you can have a name. I'll think.

I'm homeshcooled too, and I hate math too. Well, I guess it's not really considered 'math', it's Algebra 1. Same difference. I am also a very fast reader and the only person my friends have ever heard of who likes 'Silas Marner'. :D My favorite subjects are English and history. What are yours?
